We stayed here twice this past month. The hotel's location is excellent and the rooms are nicely appointed. It was quiet and clean. Perhaps the greatest asset was its staff. Alejandro, Sunita and everyone else were efficient, courteous, and patient, and it was always a pleasure to interact with them. Breakfast was incredibly good and the staff there made everything possible to accommodate my food-allergic kids. 10/10
