Hotel Oasis

The staff went above and beyond. The location was perfect. The staff recommended places to visit, entertainment and restaurants. Will recommend to family, colleagues and friends.

We booked the stay for the 2nd time because we liked it a lot during our first stay. The bar located in GF is great to catch a quick bite and coffee before heading out. Also it is in close proximity to the beach an Xampaneria ;) Unfortunately this time we were not happy and won’t be booking again: 1) Baby bed was requested in advance. I received a reply which said „will be taken care of“ but turns out to be an auto response and no baby bed was provided. On arrival we begged for it and were told if they could make it happen the new management would charge 25€ per day! Which ist unacceptable, co sideri g the price for a new bed ist ~100€. Profiteering from this is just wrong. 2) Furthermore, we received a room upgrade which we were very happy about but it turned out to be the same room: no window, a clogged sink and a small bed (tricky with the baby as well). Not worth the money unfortunately 3) we booked the hotel because of the pool to spend some relaxed time in the shade. On arrival we found out the pool was only opened at 1pm! With 34degree during the highest sun peak and worst UV exposure also quite inconvenient. The staff was friendly, sink was fixed but still not the best experience overall and definitely not worth the money.

Great location to explore the marina, beach, and town. Lovely roof top pool bar. Good service and great family room with everything we needed.

This is an uber clean, friendly beautifully furnished property at an absolute perfect location. The staff was amazing. We loved the Coffee shop/bar in the lobby and loved that it was exclusive to guests. The 'swimming pool' in the photo is about 6ftX8ft...glad we weren't banking on our kids swimming. However, it is a beautiful patio roof top which probably has a gorgeous view. It happened to be inaccessible during our stay. Lovey property. We will be back

Such lovely staff, amazing location and a secret roof terrace with pool. Only bad thing was the walls are super thin and we could hear EVERYTHING at night, from other guests coming home drunk to children falling out of bed. So bring earplugs. But fabulous breakfast and location. Also at the bar below we got out wallets and phone stolen so be cautious in there!
