We have just returned from.a 4 day trip. The hotel is centrally located and walkable to all major sights. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We had an upgrade to rooms with a lovely and spacious terrace. We asked for an early check in and we’re able to get in to one of our rooms early. The rooms were very clean. Good over bath shower. Our children made good use of the pool. Great hotel, great stay, we would definitely recommend

We had a fabulous family city break. The hotel suited our needs perfectly as most sights walkable and close to metro and bus stops. All staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent catering to all needs. We had a terraced room overlooking the street i wouldn't pay the extra for this as the old doors are really difficult to open and you cant sit out. Our children however were up graded to a balcony room on the 4th floor which if you were tall enough you could see the pool but did have a lovely sitting area. The pool area is a lovely retreat from sight seeing and the food and drink available from the snack bar is excellent.
