Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa

A fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel and resort. It was clean, tidy and all the staff were very friendly. My only criticism would be the buffet dinners did not cater well for young children/babies.

We had an exceptional family holiday at Lopesan Costa Meloneras. The resort's stunning architecture, interior design and beautifully manicured gardens created a serene atmosphere. Our spacious, clean room offered breathtaking balcony views. The expansive pool area was a highlight, with something for everyone. The lazy river was a big hit with the kids! Dining options were diverse and delicious, with an impressive breakfast buffet. The staff's attentive and friendly service made our stay memorable, including Cava on arrival. Highly recommended!

It started with very bad treatment and mistakes on our booking, nonchalant staffviod the check-in and without a knowledgeable manager on site when we checked in on a Sunday. The treatment did not match a 5 star hotel and neither did the service. The rooms were not clean and the beds were not comfortable. We stayed in a suite with a view for a price of about 1500 Euro/night, so there was not even a fruit basket on arrival and no personal welcome or anything special for the children. The only thing in the hotel that was worth a vacation was the pool area. Not a place I recommend and not worth the price.

Firstly I would like to make it clear the hotel is beautiful. Swimming pools are all amazing and clean. However unfortunately that is the only positive points for this hotel. I stayed with my partner and 8 month old baby. The staff are like robots. We arrived to check in and was handed a leaflet and that was all, we had to figure out everything ourselves. The bed was awful. Phone in the room was not working so the only way to contact the receptionist was by making the 8 minute walk. The food was average. Customer service is about a 5/10. The hotel is not very kid friendly. I would not stay here again due to the terrible staff and service we received. They definitely need to focus more on customer satisfaction. On the check out they did not even ask how we found the hotel. Simply said you’re all set to go thank you.

Family holiday. Had a suite as we had a new baby. Room was great, well serviced. Fantastic facilities. Would highly recommended

Really poor service. Did not cater to us at all even though we had a baby. We asked for room service non exsistant , did not cater for my baby at all, asked us to pay for water for the baby. I will demanding a full refund

Lopesan don'y fail and this place is excellent, a really nice family friendly hotel with great facilitoes. We enjoyed a relaxing stay and spent hours in the fantastic range of pools surroinded by beautiful gardens. Well placed for exploring the island, (driving up above cloud level is a buzz) and its so easy to get around to Las Palmas and other places, we spent days out arriving back hungry but with a great range of dining options in hotel and locally on the seafront we were well catered for. So this gets a massive thumbs up from us.
