Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

We should have found a king-size bed but instead it was two beds attached, they solved it by putting double sheets instead of singles and under the sheets mattresses that split in half during the night. Rough cleaning of the room, stained sheets and towels. Convenient to have many restaurants inside the hotel, we ate decently but the waiting times were long except for The beach club where you eat well and the service is fast. The buffet focuses more on quantity than quality. The chairs for small children were often dirty and sticky. We used the Splash pool very comfortable with children, even if it took time to be able to order something because the waiters were always busy, but once ordered everything arrived quickly. Since some customers do not have the good sense not to smoke near children it would be ideal to dedicate an area to smoking and prohibit it near the sunbeds. We used the spa, we were satisfied with the massage and the path. Well equipped gym. Very kind and friendly staff. Overall we had a good time but many things can be improved.

It was very nice but recommend staying in August if you are going with kids as a lot of the entertainment wasn’t on yet because we were out of season in June / early July. They had live music every day but it didn’t start until 10pm.

My veiw was not great at all.. my room was really nice so that balanced it out slightly. Drinks around the pool were expensive for what they were.. huge profit on alcoholic and soft drinks.. encourage people to bring there own.. the lower pool had peices missing and small holes in. Could do with some maintenance work as paint and the rendering had fallen off. The staff (all) went above and beyond and were brilliantly friendly.. the entertainment was amazing but when you had to buy your drinks and food.. it was expensive, especially for families. I would definitely book again..But do it slightly differently.

Great hotel. Excellent for families with children and plenty for adults too. No shortage of sun beds and good choice of restaurants on the same road as this property if you don’t feel like eating in the hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here. Buffet food was really good quality. Asian restaurant was our favourite. The service and food at the steak and Italian restaurants did let the hotel down. Had to send food back at both restaurants as overcooked and cold. Staff really friendly and mostly helpful. Could do with more for kids in the evening and better pool play area to accommodate older kids. Nice little pebble beach in what felt like a private bay. Trying to get a taxi for Siam park was difficult and hotel wouldn’t help us order one despite multiple requests, they just told us to wait at rank outside but we waited for 40mins without a cab so paid double for Uber. Despite the negatives we had a lovely time and certain staff definitely made up for the few that were not so helpful.

Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff. Lots of different experiences from family to adult only. Restaurants good (not great) and not much in local area. Although if you like curry some great choices !! Would recommend for a chilled out week

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly staff, excellent food and good amenities. Excellent kids club and a good range of heated pools for children and adults.

The hotel looks great and the rooms are clean and very comfortable however ridiculous all inclusive does not mean all inclusive i.e. cannot order food from bar area between 1pm-3pm and certain items which you would expect to get are extras e.g cornetto ice cream and cranberry juice. Staff are excellent and friendly however hotel seems to be extremely understaffed so at certain times it can take ages to order at the bars. My kids loved the the kids and teens club and spent much of the day here

It was a very enjoyable stay. The only thing that was annoying was when the evening entertainment was on, parents let there children run round and round the stage,which was very disacting. I feel there maybe should be a polite notice asking them to respect others and the entertainer.

Excellent all rounder on all amenities. Polite and helpful staff. Clean, pleasant & spacious. Will return and recommend to all….couples, families including babies and small children.
