Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff. Lots of different experiences from family to adult only. Restaurants good (not great) and not much in local area. Although if you like curry some great choices !! Would recommend for a chilled out week

Excellent all rounder on all amenities. Polite and helpful staff. Clean, pleasant & spacious. Will return and recommend to all….couples, families including babies and small children.

We went for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and it was unbelievable; on the third day we had an inconvenient with our neighbors but the hotel gave us a room upgrade and the other room was simply wordless AWESOME; the personal unbelievable friendly, nice and ALWAYS willing to help and not even talk about the food; everything was so delicious and fresh; plus you have many many different choices every day; we booked the half pension (breakfast-dinner) and it was more than perfect. They have 3 different pools (kids, only adults and the biggest one kids and adults together). Life music every day while you rest on the pool and drink the amazing cocktails 🍸. A very highly recommended Hotel!!! Top Top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel slightly out of the way so not much around it. Kids club was super amazing! Lovely bunch of people (and we don’t normally use a kids club)

Excellent hotel with great all inclusive offerings. Good selections of pools with kids, adults only and beach style lagoon pool. Food options were good and room was comfortable with great views

Feb Half term week: Rooms are very spacious and clean. The lighting was very dim in the bathroom and doors to toilet or bathroom didn’t lock or even shut properly and kept swinging open. There was also a smell of drains which I have seen other customers complaining about in reviews over the past week also. Kids club was great for our pre teen with games consoles/regular football tournaments which kept him happy. Toddler was happy with the splash pool and toys in the kids club. Breakfast was ok. Good range of food but most cooked breakfast items such as bacon etc were burnt/hard. The policy they have where you can’t approach the bar for a drink is ridiculous. You had to wait for a server to come and take your order and at some points of the day where the children wanted drinks at the pool we waited over an hour. One day they didn’t come to serve at all so walking to the shop was quicker. For those going all inclusive I would seriously rethink about the board you stay. I’m very grateful we chose bed and breakfast for the lack of staff and service to cope with the amount of customers wanting and waiting for drinks or food, especially around the pool. On the few occasions I did approach the bar to complain that we have waited too long for drinks orders to be taken and ask could I please just be served at the bar I was rudely told no and to go and wait for her colleagues. No where near enough staff to deal with a full hotel. Location is also poor. Taxi to Adeje is €20

Break fast they served is excellent, i like it But there are number of things I didnt like list is long..., customer care/front desk least concerned about customers. My credit card worked every where but didnt read at the hotel with no rejection msgs. They did nothing to resolve and they pressed us to pay cash 100 euros per day as deposit to check-in, which caused stress to gather cash to keep deposit. we couldnt use any onboard services as the hotel tags are not activated even for the deposit we paid, which is disappointing. technically NOT USED hotel except for breakfast and bed. As we couldnt use the services during our stay, at the checkout they returned our cash deposit. Rooms are not designed to live family of 2 plus one adult child. We spent most of the time outside the hotel for food/drinks. We paid for the stay using this card via expedia. BTW my credit card has limit of $40K (it is capital one Ventura X). I was on phone for 30 min with credit card customer service they said everything is fine with credit card and we used this card for the entire trip outside the hard rock. Very disappointing, never expected with Hard Rock. We stayed several times at Hard Rock in the past. I do not recommend this hotel in Tenerife. NO BEACH for this hotel. pictures in the website are deceptive. No on board activities or pool side fun activities. Very very disappointing. Hope Hard Rock can review this compliant and appreciate if Hard Rock can compensate the loss and inconvenience.

Amazing Hotel, has everything you need for a luxurious stay in Tenerife, they manage to cater for both families and kids yet couples and adults separately with the different pools and bars and night activities they put on.
