First issue was the airport transfer didn’t turn up - after waiting 45 mins we we’re finally told (after multiple calls) it wasn’t running because it had broken down - so after we paid for a cab to the hotel, we were less than impressed to see it working fine. We booked a double room but were given a twin and told that families take priority over couple bookings. In the room the coffee cups were dirty - this simple issue worried us about the level of cleanliness for the other parts of the room - in spite of their cleanliness promises poster everywhere! The breakfast was passable, but when we asked for gluten free options we were handed a frozen solid muffin and shrugged at
