The hotel is not well positioned for a young family - there is far too much noise generated from the bars and clubs surrounding the hotel. Despite repeated requests this was not resolved to our satisfaction.

Lovely hotel, better for adults than with children. 25min walk to Palma town. Loads of roadworks going on for the next couple of years right outside the hotel.

The hotel had a shortage of umbrellas for guests at the pool, there was a lack of poolside waiting staff, some members of staff seemed happy to serve you while others seemed very unhappy. The breakfast was average. The room itself was good and the fridge in the room was an excellent size. The room was modern and the bathroom facilities were also modern and had lots of storage space for clothing. There was plenty of space in the room for a family of four and the BEDS were EXTREMELY comfortable— all of our party agreed. This is not a hotel for children though. Indeed, we regretted staying in Palma and wished we had stayed at a resort outside of Palma. The cleaning of the room was not as busy high a standard as we’ve seen in many other hotels. The cups were infrequently washed, the coffee and tea supplies were not topped up and the toiletries were not topped up. I did appreciate that this hotel did not use small plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc as I like to be eco-friendly and reduce my use of plastic. I would have greatly appreciated it if the staff at reception could have asked me about whether or not I was enjoying my stay. This was never asked.

Super nice hotel! Would recommend this to everyone (except families)!

On a whole the hotel was well worth it but there are a couple of things they can think about when it comes to quality control.... 1 - make sure that the AC works in the room before the next guest arrives. 2 - the safe actually works or is not locked. These are small things that save time money and effort which also means the guest does not need to ask for these to be fixed. We stayed in rooms in the low 200's and in the booking it does not say anything about that it can be quite lively in the area and depending upon what room you get you may be disturbed... it would have been nice to know that night clubs and other bars can play very loud music until 04.00 - 06.00. This happened 2 of 4 nights. Had we been higher up we might not have been disturbed that much. A family with small kids would not have been pleased. Apart from that this hotel is well worth the money and the standard is really high. Staff are really quick to help. Do not eat breakfast anywhere else, eat at the hotel.. amazing and you won't be dissapointed. 4.5/5 i would say as there is always room for improvement, Bus nr 1 from the airport more or less stops 200m from the hotel (5 euro)
