HM Palma Blanc Hotel

This was our second visit, this time with a baby. Great hotel in a good location, easy walking distance to the centre. The spa is excellent! Shout out to Ricardo at reception who was very helpful with everything including arranging a taxi with baby seat to the airport for us. We will be back again hopefully. Thanks!

Wonderful hotel with a great pool. Really nice room and the kids and the entire family enjoyed our short stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel itself was new with beautiful yet simple contemporary furniture.the junior suite was Really spacious. We will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely hotel in an accessible location for all of Palmas attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the shower and toilet cubicles extremely small with outward opening opening doors into the very small entrance "hallway". The bed was comfortable and linen of a good standard. Breakfast was help yourself with a good variety but there was coffee machines which churned out lukewarm tasteless coffee which was disappointo especially as the bar had a barista who refused to make a decent cup. We offered to pay but no it was not forth coming. The beer is expensive but there's a little cafe opposite which is clean with friendly staff and good beers and coffee at half the price. For your info the minibars are stocked with soft drinks, water and beer, this is free but no one tells you. All in all a good place to stay if you are aware of the above.Room 505 - junior suite.

Our stay was over all ok, some parts were good and some parts not that great. We stayed for 5 nights in a junior suite with no breakfast included. On the good side - The location was absolute perfect for our needs. Close to city center, restaurants, bars and bus stations (for excursions and to the airport). - Everything was fresh and smelled nice. Our room was spacious. - The pool area was nice (although a bit small) - Great AC in the room. On the bad side: - The cleaning was not that great. They gave us new towels every day without taking our old, so at the end of our stay we had several towels just laying around on the floor. And they didn’t really seem to vacuum that well. - The shower was located in the hallway and leaked a lot of water, which caused very slippery and dangerous floor, very disturbing every time you were going in or out of the room. - Two out of three elevators were broken during all of our stay. Which caused que’s. - The room was equipped with a new, big, really nice smart tv. Unfortunately it didnt work as it should, and the staff could not fix it.

A “4 star hotel” with a non stop smell from the toilets/ sewage for 400 euros per night (2 adults and 2 children). When asked on check out it seems this is a known issue. This hotel should be maybe for adults. The pool and sunbeds ain’t sufficient for the amount of guests and being with children was probably a bad choice for the last nights. The rooms were very poorly soundproof. As there isn’t any outdoors, you can’t dry anything inside as it will just remain wet..: so the sustainable idea of keeping towels for several days ain’t happening unfortunately. The aircon worked pretty well. The mini bar wasn’t working properly as well. The location is good. 10-15 minutes walk from all the main parts in the inner city. If you are by car pay the parking from the hotel. We didn’t try to breakfast as we didn’t order it from beginning and once at the hotel, the price was significantly more expensive than if you had bought it through their page. As a recommendation, book directly.. I didn’t do it as the price initially at hotels.com was more favorable.
