Fantastic stay, amazing staff who were all completely friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast. The junior suite was a great size and recently refurbished so very comfortable with a good mattress. Very clean and nice evening entertainment if that’s your thing. Overall brilliant and I’d definitely recommend 😃

We booked two rooms for 8 days. The rooms were smaller than we expected. However, they are clean and it was a great gesture to have complementary water and chocolates everyday. Our only issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not as good as my children’s. Although we mentioned the problem a few times unfortunately they were not able to fix it. A good breakfast variety, pool food was ok especially the fries. We had dinner once at the hotel and children absolutely loved it. Hotel pools were not as clean as it should have been but considering the number of people staying at the hotel in the month of August, the conditions were acceptable. 5 mins walk to the beach and all other restaurants nearby.

After the last couple of years we felt we needed a little bit of R&R. The hotel did not disappoint. We booked a junior suite and were very happy with our room, which was a good size & kept very clean throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room kept cool (the outside temperature was between mid to late 30s). The proximity to the pool was a bonus too. The staff were all friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was good and the bar food reasonably priced and tasty. The hotel is close to the beach and if you want to venture out for dinner is close to a number of good restaurants and bars. Less than a couple of minutes walk to bus stop serving both Palma and the airport makes day trips easy too. We had a lovely stay and have come home feeling very relaxed.
