I was on a one week rest and relaxation vacation by the ocean. I wanted a no hassle all inclusive package. I am a single male. I found the following. A beautiful hotel by the ocean in Alcudia Mallorca. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was booked with a single room and found it to be facing the street and I wanted to change for an ocean view. They offered to change it but before confirming the change they showed me the room. The Hotel facilities are 1st class, the dinning room and it's selection for breakfast and dinner was very good although their chairs were not comfortable (too leaned back-lounge chair type), interior and exterior pool, a spa, fully manicured grounds, activities and babysitting for kids. The beach is really nice. The beaches are not controlled by the hotel so if you use the existing beach chairs and parasols you will be charged for it at a rate of eur 10.00 per day for 2 people! The hotel is mainly frequented by German guests and a few British ones, so little english spoken here. The clients are mostly couples of all ages and also popular with families. Not a good place for singles. The entertainment provided is mediocre at best. The problems: The beds are too small and hard. They are literally small single beds and two put together to make a double where you fall in-between all the time! No coffee machines in the room (that's europe wide). Bathrooms were clean and modern. In my view this hotel is only a 3 star mainly due to bad bedding.

We are fans of alcudia and were a little way down the road but loved the hotel and the beach that it is placed on is gorgeous, with a bus stop right outside. There is a choice of three fab swimming pools and an lovely (but basic) heated indoor pool. The meals were great with plenty of choice. It is a hotel that has alot of friendly older german couples and families. The spa is gorgeous with lots to try (however the steam room was out of order and the sauna was quite small). Be warned if you are used to the UK style of spas the european culture is not shy to be naked in the spa area(however bathing costumes are compulsary in the pool but not the sauna and steam rooms). We had a great time with a lovely sea view from our spacious, cleam room.

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. As British tourists, we were very much in the minority, which we liked (Wir sind Europäer). The hotel has a very nice family-friendly atmosphere and (as we stayed in early September) there were lots of pre-school children around. The hotel was clean, the staff were delightful and the food, varied and plentiful. Our only complaint would be with the two sittings arrangement at dinner. Each sitting was just 90 minutes long and so everyone arrived for dinner at the earliest opportunity, creating chaos in the areas where the buffet was being served. It wasn't the relaxing, laid-back experience that we had hoped for. Towards the end of our holiday, the hotel changed the dining arrangement and allowed people to eat when they liked. The result was so much more enjoyable as people took their time and didn't feel under pressure. Perhaps earlier on in our holiday, the hotel was just too full and too busy to cope. We would love to return to Muro one day but we will need to save our pocket-money. This was one of the most expensive hotels we have visited, but probably the best.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. 3 great pools and only steps from the beach, what more could you ask for. There was more than enough sun loungers dotted around, I particularly liked lying under a palm tree. Breakfast was really good and dinner had a different theme each night and seemed to cover all the bases for different diets. The spa facilities and gym were great. Would be perfect for families with a good variety of things to keep littke folk entertained. The animation team work really hard as do all of the staff who were all very polite and friendly. Will definitely go back
