Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

Lovely family stay, with perfect views of both nature and sea, in a very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for young families and for those that love a good long beach walk. This hotel is on a league of is own, leaving other 5* hotels behind due to its staff! They went the extra mile 24/7 to accommodate all of our needs, including food allergies. A personal, heartfelt thank you to Luis, Adam, Jimi and Niss for making our stay truly special and memorable.

If you would like to spend a few relaxin days at the beach, this hotel is a good choice. Staff is very attentive. Very good food. Nice SPA area and Gym with new equipment. Good for families with small children. Maybe not the best choice if you are traveling with teenagers as there are not a lot of activities for them

A lovely place with great service. We had a good experience and were there challenges they were solved immediately. Good staff, lovely beach and nice pool for families. You do not feel crowded with people at this hotel - even it was fully booked. Lovely food and large varied buffet. The only challenge was the entertainment that was every evening. It should have been every 3 days or something like that. Of course it was supposed to be positive, but as it is a spa hotel you also expect a little calm in the evening and relaxation without entertainment every day. You can advantageously book a suite with sea view furthest from their animation program (in house number three.) The hostess was very happy and helpful and the hotel manager was found every day at the hotel and very attentive to all guests and we could feel a natural indulgence in that everyone was well. It's definitely worth a visit another time.

Charming property, lots of flowers, quiet neighbourhood, nice beach. Pool is more for children rather than adults. Pool area was a bit congested. Nice staff, good service. Good check-in with lots of helpful information provided about the property. Good breakfast. Quality of food at breakfast was better than at dinner. Room was a bit dated. First night there was leak from the bathroom ceiling, which lasted all night. Apparently this was due to a problem with the air conditioning. Garden view room in block 1 was quite spacious but it overlooked Natura Playa, the rubbish area and the driveway for deliveries. Somewhat noisy and not the nicest view.
