Hotel Condesa

Everything was great. The food was delicious with a nice variety. Our room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of activities for the kids. The swimming pools were clean and had warm water for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.

The food and location are excellent however the pool is uninviting given its colour and also given that the majority of the kids use it rather than the children’s one! Also lack of chairs is an issue and we were not there during peak season. Use of safe should not have a fee! The beach steps from the hotel is beautiful!

Great hotel! With nice selection of swimming pools inside and beach. Amazing staff! Well done to Linda and Ines (dining room managers) they couldn’t really answer which food got walnuts and pecans, or might have (my son’s allergy) but they did everything they could possibly do, to make sure food is safe for my kid! Even told me chef can cook a meal just for him. Seriously brilliant customer service. Very clean around, nice activities for kids. Overall very pleasant stay.

The hotel was really nice. Lots of family friendly things to do and staff were amazing. The kids pool with the slides was great and the adults only option offered a nice quiet chill out. I would definitely recommend.

Property was perfect for relaxing vacation. It was clean, on the beach, and had lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The food was excellent and varied. The staff worked endlessly hard and in the background to provide fresh towels, drinks, pool food, drinks and fresh towels. The pool was lovely, clean, and showers provided when coming off the beach. The staff were superb (except for front desk). The entire place and staff deserve a 10/10. But the front desk staff were horrid. They made everything so difficult for us and everyone else we observed. They must have been trained to say "no" to everything. Examples - 1. They dumped us in a ground room for familys that was noisy and horrid. They said we could change in 2 days. Then kept lying to us and giving evey excuse possible that we couldn't change room which drove us to tears. 2. Ordering a taxi - they made it very unpleasant. Like we were asking a big favour. 3. They never had a smile for anyone. Were very unpleasant to talk to...unfriendly. 4. Room request to extend checkout was flatley refused. One women was allowed 15 mins only. Of the front desk had been just passively unpleasant it would be one thing, but the were actively difficult to deal with...

Perfectly located right on the beach. The staff were great and the food selection was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Great Kids pool and playground. We went in September and they still had some kid’s entertainment. Quiet area but only a 15 minute bus ride to Alcudia port. So, it’s the perfect place to just chill either on your own or with a young family.

Hotels is at beautiful beach of Alcúdia. Lot of activities for young kids. Pools are clean. Lot of varieties for dining. Girls at kids club are amazing. Entertainment for kids is really good. People are nice though night time reception staff wasn’t great and check out was hassle. Noting much to do around property but there’s lot to do at hotel and beach.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The food is fantastic. Connected to a beach is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a family trip.

Overall had a nice stay. Rooms are nice and very clean. The food is ok, a good variety but felt like it was the same each night. We had the half-board package. Did not include alcohol and its VERY expensive to buy. Half board description should be a little more clear. The other thing that was disappointing was lack of entertainment. In the description it states evening entertainment. There was more entertainment for children than for adults so evenings were a bit boring. Beach is beautiful but you have to pay for chairs and tiki umbrella if you want to sit on beach. Water was gorgeous. Very clean property and I felt safe. Taxi drive from airport to hotel will run about $100 USD. Ubers are even more expensive. Wifi was spotty. Our last day there WiFI barely worked. Overall good experience and stay.
