We had a junior suite corner room with good views of the park and city. Furniture is okay. Air con very good. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice apart from lactose or dairy free options. Gym requires a make over and better air con. Location very good for walks into the city or decent taxi rates for evenings out

The hotel is very clean, friendly staff and centrally located. The only issue is the pool was tiny and filled with people. My kids could not really get in to cool down. Other than that, great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Facilities generally good. We had a junior suite and the settee was also a bed settee and was quite uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise the air conditioning was great, there was facilities for tea and coffee and the beds were really comfortable. Pillows could be better otherwise all was good

If your favourite colour is brown, this is the hotel for you, but bring a torch. Doudy with atrium especially having poor lighting. Road noise in front rooms. Informed possibility of upgrade, never materialised (which knew was only if availability), But then didn't even get the double bedded room booked months in advance - given family room with 3 single beds.

Great Hotel! Staff is very friendly The location is great, very quiet. Great for families, breakfast is amazing. Really nice and the price is very reasonable.
