Hotel Fernando III

Hotel has always been amazing. This is my second time and will come again. My family came for the first time and they loved it receptionist and all employees even in the terrace. It was super friendly and courteous

Only if i could add one more star. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The friendliest front desk, the cleanest rooms and overall impeccable service. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere, just short 6-7 min walk to Real Alcazar and the Cathedral. Many great restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I highly recommend. Great choice and very reasonably priced.

The hotel staff and the hotel itself were excellent. The breakfast was lovely and offered lots of choice. My only one complaint was how noisy the corridors were - every night we were woken by people returning to their rooms. This was because of the marble floor that creates echoes along with the slamming of the bedroom doors. Once inside the rooms, the noise reduced considerably. Unfortunately we had a father and two very noisy children next door who returned late at night shouting and crying. Apart from the noise, everything about the hotel was excellent.

The walls are wooden and I can hear water constantly at my bedside. The noise is amazing. The staff are friendly and service is good, but I don't recommend families to stay comfortable.

A lovely hotel right in the middle of the city. Perfect location to all the sights and restaurants etc. the room was very clean and comfy and the cleaning staff made sure it was cleaned very well every day. The rooftop bar was lovely at sunset and the drinks were very good. The pool was nice, it did get quite busy but we always managed to get a sunbed even if we had to wait a bit for one. Very handy that the hotel provided pool towels as we were travelling light! The staff were so friendly. I’d definitely stay here again or recommend to friends/family.

First room we were put in the air conditioning was not working well and it was very humid in the room. The first night there were about a dozen ants in the bathroom that we could deal with. After being out of the room for 14 hours the next day, we came back to the room at 1:00 AM and the room was covered in ants. There were ants on the floors, walls, in our beds, and in our luggage. We contacted front desk and they were very prompt and inspected the room but moved us to the hotel across the street. Our reservation was for 3 nights so we had to move rooms again for the third night because they wouldn’t let us stay in the hotel across the street for our third night. Moving rooms and constantly packing/unpacking was frustrating and we did not appreciate this. The second and third rooms we stayed in were clean and the air conditioning actually worked. The pool was nice and the views were beautiful. This isn’t an adults only hotel, so keep that in mind because there were a few young children in the pool. Most of the loungers up there were wore down. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is great, close to many restaurants and the attractions Seville. We were also shocked to find out that the original room we stayed in with the ants was already booked the following night. It’s a bit concerning

Amazing hotel, most kind service and clean and tidy rooms in the most fantastic place in Seville. We enjoyed the stay very much with a toddler. The only thing I could talk down is that the hotel is a little bit loud in the night where you could hear other guest talking on the hallways.

Family stay for 3 nights. 2 adults and 1 child. Service in reception was good at arrival. We did not have much contact with the staff until departure. We got great service from the Porter person at departure. Location is perfect! Room is spacious even with extra bed. Beds are good and comfy. Cleanliness could’ve been better. Our room did need a total cleaning from floor to ceiling, walls and all corners. Bathroom needs few hangers and shelves for towels and toiletries. There’s plenty of space for it :) No view from our windows except into the room across ca 4 meters. Pool area was ok. All in all, we had a nice stay.
