overall, it was a nice experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooms, which had access to a shared pool. This pool was a fantastic feature—private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the crowds. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The breakfast experience, for example, didn’t quite meet our expectations. While the food quality was decent, the restaurant was huge and quite chaotic. With many families and lots of people, it was a bit overwhelming and didn’t offer the relaxing start to the day we had hoped for. Additionally, while the hotel has a large pool, we felt it could be better maintained or designed to enhance the overall experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and comfort of the location.

The hotel is nice but a bit outdated. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I think the price is way too high. We were charged $1000 extra for having 4 to a room which seemed ridiculous when my kids had to sleep on a pull out sofa. And they charge for everything. Even milk in the little fridge for coffee. Even the pool table cost $2. I didn’t think it was a good value for the money. We wanted to have a bottle of wine on our balcony bc we were tired of spending so much money. There was no wine opener in our room. We were told the bar can do this and then they charged us $20 cork fee.

Nice hotel, family friendly and 14 mins walk from all the action of puerto banus.

Fantastic hotel in good location. Rooms, cleanliness, facilities and food all excellent. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Although children were catered for I think it was more suited to adults with a chilled out, relaxed vibe feel to the place. Highly recommended.

First of all charging for toddlers is a big fault! Food was OK, but buffet was identical everyday. Room was clean, bed not very comfy, there were still leftovers in the minibar from previous guests at the time of check-in. Pool was small and freezing cold. Child pool was closed. Beach was rocky/horrible. Everything was extremely expensive, they were even charging for pillows. One day I ordered food from room service, they just forgot to serve it. I called back after an hour and the food was finally delivered 2 hours after my initial order. I’d never go there again...
