In my view, this is a premier property in Malaga. It is excellent in every way. The staff is professional and helpful in every aspect of the stay. The food and wine in the restaurant is excellent and well worth the money. There are traditional offerings for diners to enjoy. A reservation is needed to be able to dine though so be aware a few days may be needed to get the time slot that is desired. There is an intimate roof deck breakfast/bar area. It is wonderful to take breakfast up on the roof and talk about tour plans of the day. The rooms were palacial and well appointed. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Booked family room, was instead given 2 rooms Next 2 each other with no interlocking door. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old! Hotel threw us all in a double stead but refused to refund family room rate. Quite astonishing for a so called luxury hotel

Everything is excellent, all staff work as 1 family and caring for my comfort, 1 small issue if you're 1st floor there is people noise late at night,.. I loved breakfast system very professional, super friendly staff specially at reception ànd bellboy, best location walk to everywhere..,

Palacio is a beautiful hotel, centrally located. We splurged for the junior suite and it did not disappoint. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The towels are large and fluffy. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, so the taxi can drop you and your luggage a block from the hotel and you will have to carry it in yourself. This street is packed with bars and the noise from the people partying on the street is very loud, especially on Saturday night/Sunday morning when it lasted until 5 AM. During our stay, there was loud construction across the street, which meant it was loud day and night.

There is a construction next door. Nothing of this was mentioned anywhere on the website. I don’t understand how this property is in the small lucidity hotels brand. It doesn’t even provide room service. No coffee in the room. They brought 2 bottles of water one night but only one the next. My kids didn’t get any in their room. Just totally inconsistent. Reception staff were very nice and helpful just hotel itself doesn’t seem fitting with the SLH brand at all
