Beautiful hotel, great facilities, lovely room really no complaints except the security and pool staff. They treated guests like animals, spoke down to us, long queues for towels. Asked for an extra towel for the baby was refused. My wife ate some sweets by the pool and was told off and then had security patrolling up and down by our beds in case she ate them again! Such nasty people. It’s a shame as the hotel is beautiful although the pool area was alittle crowded overall had it not been for the pool/ security staff it would have been a great trip!

This is a beautiful hotel stayed for 8 days with my family. Staff are friendly,helpful and well trained.The 3 rooms we had were excellent with large balconies although a sun lounger on the balcony would be a welcome addition. The breakfast selection was wonderful everything you could want was available.There are several good restaurants nearby and the hotel is a short walk or taxi ride into Malaga old town. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

What a great arrival in Spain for us! We arrived early and were greeted warmly regardless. The charming worker was very patient with us trying to practice our Spanish. They held our luggage for us, allowing us time to visit the beach and the hotel grounds. Our room was ready an hour later. The room was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about this hotel is amazing and luxurious. Having a bath and a shower is so helpful for families. My only critique is, considering it is a 5 stars hotel, I would have loved a heated pool.

The property itself is great, the policies used are not. We traveled with my son and we had made a reservation for a a room that only accommodated 2. They asked us to upgrade to a room that was for 3 which was ok. At the time of check out, they charged us for “an additional bed” that we never had around €45 per night. When I asked that we never used it as he sleeps with us, they told me it was a fee for the child per night. So we had to upgrade and on top pay to my child with me. It left a bad taste in my mouth but on to the next adventure. It seems to be a policy that the child must me registered.

We stayed on a family trip for 7 nights at the Gran Miramar and it was a magical stay. The property is exquisite and regal, the rooms are comfortable and classy, the food and service were great, and the location is optimal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a 5 star establishment in Malaga. Shout out to Mario at the pool for the top notch food and drinks service. All the staff too were happy gracious and kind to us. The grounds are also stunning and so are the variety of bars and restaurants on the property.

The hotel property, lobby and rooms, as well as pool and rooftop were all impeccable and the staff was amazingly warm, welcoming and attentive - like extended family! One staffer even helped grab my toddler to save him from getting caught in the revolving door. Best hotel I have visited in a long time, and we travel multiple times a year. I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for the best visit to Malaga.

I love this hotel & it was our second stay. However there are some things that are very annoying specially when hotel is full; families w kids are using the adult pool w a large kids pool next to it empty. It's disgusting w small kids in diapers in a pool & the hotel should prevent this. We ended up sitting by the kids pool this time & could't enjoy the adult pool. The bare minimum is to open the pool at 8 or 9 and make the large pool adult only! Given the price of the hotel, you can easily stay elsewhere w no pool if you can't use the pool anyway!

Grand Hotel Miramar is an amazing property with great service. The hotel is across from the beach but you probably want to go to other beaches. Great breakfast buffet and a fabulous roof top bar. We had a great time with our family. The pool is beautiful but it gets crowded soon. Rooms are beautifully decorated and updated. This hotel compares with a 4seasons /Ritz Carlton in quality and service. I would come back!

5 star hotel from check-in to departure . Would recommend this property to anyone . Stayed there with my family , including my two children and everyone was extremely helpful . Excellent experience !
