La Cala Resort

Lovely Hotel for Golfers or Non golfers like us , rooms clean and very comfortable with big balcony’s ( double story ones to ), lovely views of the golf courses and mountains that surround the hotel. Very Quiet with little to no kids, swim up bar pool . Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very nice though some elements could have been hotter!. The restaurants were also very nice, though a little pricy. ( expected ) Good choice of wine... Spa was superb ( we had 1 official days use, as the spa pool was closed for most of our duration whilst works were completed ) Very limited on places to visit unless you have use of a car. Taxi were 10-12 euro one way to the beach and la Cala Mijas but available every 10-15 mins. Would recommend and would definitely visit again . Perhaps I’ll take up Golf. A drink on arrival would make it more welcoming for new arrivals.
