The staff, especially Sara was very helpful. Rooms were spotless & well stocked with all we needed. Our apt had a washer/dryer, coffee machine & pods, & a kitchen kit that came in very handy. Extremely well located, walking distance to great restaurants. A 6 min $6 cab ride to Alhambra, was less expensive (for a family of 4 ) than taking the bus which also stops conveniently near hotel. Parking option was very helpful. Minus 1 star b/c spots are so tight. The car next to us scraped/dinged our rental car while we were parked overnight.

This was a great room! Nicest shower/bath in our 10 day trip of Spain. I picked this hotel because of previous mentions about parking. Our family of 5 was renting a large van that we had already crunched going through a small street so we did not utilize the parking they offered, but they tried several times to get us parking for our vehicle. We had to decline their several attempts that we were happy keeping the large van parked in the parking garage until we were ready to leave town. Location was right in the middle of everything and we enjoyed walking around the area.
