This was just the best experience overall with the hotel and customer services. Everyone of the staff members was absolutely fantastic! I have recommended and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The property and staff is amazing. Great location, very comfortable rooms. My single dissapointment with the property was we could here completely everything from room next door. Not good when you have a family that stays up late past 1am with young children who play games banging on wall. The hotel tried to control in fairness - we could hear the conversation the mother had with the staff. The restaurant was lovely, rooms other than this were fantastic and staff was as expected in a five star hotel.

My stay at the Alhambra Palace was like a pleasure from the days of romantic travel. I first came to the Alhambra palace over 50 years ago with my family and always wanted to come back as an adult to experience the magic. The decor was just as opulent and luxurious as one might expect from the Alhambra itself. The service and the food was impeccable. Just a short beautiful walk to the palace itself made it all the more real. It is one of few hotels in the world left that take you back to the world in which the hotel was built and provide you with experience well worth the money.

The hotel itself is 5 stars, our junior suite was amazing although the service provided by the staff is about 3 stars, for exemple they don’t help carrying luggage, the room isn’t always done, and most awkward they totally forget that foreign people might speak Spanish, for exemple if we speak to them in English they gonna talk between them in front of us about what we said, in Spanish, thinking that we don’t understand, it’s very annoying

A warm and helpful welcome. Comfortable family room. Good food if a little expensive. Quite difficult to find by car using satnav. The hotel met our needs perfectly.
