Lotte Hotel World

The staff and customer service were exemplary. The room we wanted was unavailable for our first night so we had to change rooms the next day and they moved all our belongings to our next room so we didn't have to worry about it. We could access the Lotte World theme park through the hotel and walk across the road to the Lotte World Mall (also accessible via underground Subway exits from the hotel if you want to avoid Seoul traffic). The indoor pool which is accessible via separate gendered locker rooms was nice and has lifeguards. The kids' pool is heated. Guests are expected to wear hair caps (provided). We didn't eat at the hotel because there were so many cute cafes and restaurants around to try. We did buy some treats from the patisserie which were lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel with attentive service. Will come back when kids want to visit Lotte World again. The Wonder Door is aptly titled for a quick access to the amusement park.

My family stayed in the character room. It was clean and cute, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The room is clean and comfy. There is a washing machine and microwave oven in the room. Very good for family guests. The staff are nice and very helpful. Highly recommend!

A well located property with lots of shopping opportunities and family activities like Lotte World and a great Aquarium, that you can enjoy. They let themselves down with some attention to detail in their hotel…ie don’t ever attempt to replace room service items or replace used tea bags. Overall, it’s a pleasant hotel.

We came for business and feel like came to wrong time there was too many people in the lobby it was too noisy in the kids crying …..

Family themed rooms are nice and the childrens room is ok. Hotel is quite far from some of the attractions but have a convenient Mall integrated with an underground station. Staff is friendly and some understand English. Swimming pool is not for families who want to train their children to swim as it is forbidden to swim without swim vest for whatever reason.

Highly recommend for families!
