The room is clean and comfy. There is a washing machine and microwave oven in the room. Very good for family guests. The staff are nice and very helpful. Highly recommend!

A well located property with lots of shopping opportunities and family activities like Lotte World and a great Aquarium, that you can enjoy. They let themselves down with some attention to detail in their hotel…ie don’t ever attempt to replace room service items or replace used tea bags. Overall, it’s a pleasant hotel.

Family themed rooms are nice and the childrens room is ok. Hotel is quite far from some of the attractions but have a convenient Mall integrated with an underground station. Staff is friendly and some understand English. Swimming pool is not for families who want to train their children to swim as it is forbidden to swim without swim vest for whatever reason.

I’m so happy with the service from all the staff. All of staff are very professional, polite, and respectful. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The restaurant is very spacious and we really enjoyed food. Also, there is an in house door to access the Lotte World Adventure, and it was convenient. If you buy the ticket at the lobby, the price is unbeatable. My kids enjoyed it and spent all day long. Plus, you can re-entry one time . I will be back to this hotel for my next trip .

The property is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Walkaoto all the major attractions and shopping and subway station. This hotel is great for families with kids.

If you have children, this is definitely the best place to stay. Staffs are prompt, eager to meet the highest standard of service(make you feel like a king or queen, awesome!) and it is very very clean. I wish I stayed longer.

My family and I had a pleasant at this hotel. By the time we checked in and settled down in our rooms, it was close to 9:00pm and the manager gave us clear instructions where we could go to have an authentic Korean meal. He was very helpful!

Pros: Amazing staff, great location to go to lotte world, wonderful view from the room, having a washer and dryer Cons: wish the baby pool had more options for littles to play/enjoy
