We stayed for 3nights on the family trip. When we left this hotel, my son left his AirPods in the room. We noticed it after we left the hotel. Hotel staffs responded this situation thoroughly, we got his AirPods before leaving Seoul! I really appreciate their service. Thank you so much!!!

I was only able to spend one night as we had to leave back to the states due to family emergency. We will reschedule our vacation for a later date and will definitely stay at the Lotte hotel. Everyone was helpful.

The Lotte Hotel Séoul was absolutely amazing, in fact better than I expected. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The facilities are excellent. One of the best gyms I’ve been in at a 5 star hotel. Executive Tower Deluxe double and twin bed room was perfect for our family of 3. Check for the swimming pool. At the reservation they said it was included, but at checkin it was. Lobby bars are beautiful. Very photo worthy. Easy access to tons of shopping and sites.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. This was the first hotel for us during a 9 day stay in Korea. We stayed in 2 rooms, 1 adult and 1 child in each. I saw online that the rooms are small by western standards and planned accordingly with 2 rooms. We ate at the breakfast buffet once, and the food was excellent. Otherwise we just bought some fruit, yogurt and various bread/pastries at the Lotte Department Store’s market (basement floor) the evening prior and at it on the the go. The food court at the department store was clutch; it made getting (good) food quickly very easy and convenient. I used the gym twice and the golf range daily. Both really top notch, and one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Service was absolutely impeccable. The location is perfect and central to many activities and the subway. We stayed in Busan and Gangnam, but would return to this hotel in the future. 10/10 recommend. 감사함니당, Lotte Hotel Seoul!

Had a wonderful stay with my family.

Our family (2+3) have a wonderful stay here. The staffs are very courteous and they will assist us once we step into the hotel lobby with our luggage. Check in can be faster but still good. Club lounge breakfast is fantastic. There are 2 male chefs that are not so courteous when they want to refill the dishes. They simply bump off my wife. The rest of the female staffs either at front counter or club lounge are all fantastic. Super recommended hotel for our 1st trip to Seoul. The hotel should consider not to charge kids for the club lounge breakfast as adults are already paying quite a hefty price for the stay in this 5 star hotel.

Great location for MyeongDong walk around and shopping. Staffs were proactive and attentive. Very happy with our family stay.

Very comfortable high class hotel for family to stay including golf, swimming, spa, sauna, shopping. Etc.
