This hotel was probably very good in the 90s. It needs a massive renovation . Couch was old and very dirty, parts of the furniture were falling apart. It doesn’t deserve its 4 star classification (anymore) . Apart from this , we found the service very bad. The only person who was friendly / attentive was the lovely cleaning lady responsible for our room. Breakfast is supposed to last until 10am , but at 9:45 they were already insisting with us (we have 2 young kids ) to leave the restaurant so they could clean up for brunch. Our requests to fix our safe were only listened to after 2 nights (we stayed for a total of 5 nights ). Overal , not a good experience . Location is great though.

Very convenient for a short trip with the family. Room was sufficient. Perhaps hotel can consider a larger fixed room safe box, instead of a small and portable one which feels less secure.

Really enjoyed staying here! Rooms are a little outdated but that didn’t bother me at all since everything was well maintained and clean. Location was great, we were near bus stops and subway station so it was easy to get around. We went with our two kids (3y and a baby) so we booked the room with the bunkbeds. This was a lot of fun for the 3 year old since they had toys in the room as well. They also provided a crib for the baby. Overall very happy with the stay (especially at this price point) and would definitely stay again!

We stayed a week with our kids and it was great! The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. It was also in a great location for sites, food and transit!

Kid's room was filled with toys and my kids fell in love with the room right away! They loved the cute bunk bed, too! All was clean and well equipped, also the location was great with two metro stations in walking distance! We'll definitely come back!!!

Our room was very spacious and it was perfect for our whole family of four. Front desk staffs helped us with luggage keeping procedures which helped us with our trips schedule. We also loved the location. It was close to everywhere we had to go for sightseeing.

The property was close to subway and bus stops. They honored our request to have rooms near each other. It would have been nicer to have a suite option so our family could be together. Breakfast option is overpriced. Go to one of the local bakeries or convience stores instead for a fraction of the cost.

My brother’s family total 4 ppl stayed one night with 4 single beds. according to them, they enjoyed quiet good enough, rested well before they had to go to US
