Hotel Skypark Myeongdong Iii

The Hotel’s condition is bad!!!. Wifi is free but is suck. One of our rooms is next to the smoking room and we can smell cigarette in our room constantly. My other room has a urine odor in the room. My kids room got assigned to 7th floor whereas ours are on 3rd floor. We were told no room available on the same floor. The laundry is located at the basement but the elevator won’t reach the laundry area. We have to take stairs. The laundry area is also leaking water and the hotel just puts towels everywhere to absorb the water. the only good thing I can say about the hotel is location. The Subway entrance is right outside the hotel and myeongdong shopping street just a few steps away. There is L7 hotel next door and it looked much nicer. I wish I have known this option when I do my booking. I will never return to this hotel again!!
