Sunbee Hotel

Small hotel, simple & cute hotel- no room service or anything fancy like in the big hotels. The tram are nice, hotel is clean, laundry was good to have (used once) the rooms are spacious (we were a couple plus a kid) and enjoyed the large room/ separate shower & toilet. The area is great very walkable easy to grab breakfast in am or walk for dinner in the many areas close by. Train/ bus easy to get around too! Would stay here again! Enjoyed the parking so our family could come visit with their car and park while visiting us!

The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip. Very short walks to nearly everything we wanted to see, the palaces, shopping and food. The staff were very accommodating and spoke english well. The room was comfortable and quite large. It easily slept our family of 4 with the kids on a more traditional bed on the floor. I would definitely stay here again when i vist Seoul.

Had a pleasant stay at Sunbee. The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Although the hotel didn’t have much amenities (kids pool, spa, etc) it was near a street with many food options and shopping. But the purpose of our visit was to visit the embassy so the lack of amenities didn’t bother us. It was an easy walk to the embassy and Gyeongbokgung Palace from Sunbee. We walked there with our 2 young children. Loved that the hotel had a laundry facility and it was free and detergent was provided. You can also borrow strollers if traveling with young children like us! Would stay here again if planning to visit the surrounding area. Thank you Sunbee Hotel!

Very quiet sleep like baby, and on our 25 days leaving of backpack 7 different hotels it’s very nice walk in to place has washing machine and dryer.

Sunbee was a great choice, loved the place and the property, staff were very nice and accommodating. The room and bathroom itself was beautiful. As two mid-twenty friends, we loved our stay here, even wish we stayed at Sunbee when we returned to Seoul. The room was spacious (king bed), lots of closet space and ground floor for storing the bags. The washroom was breathtaking after having stayed in questionable hotels and hostels previously. It is a wet bathroom in case you’re wondering. Quite safe with two doors to get into the room itself, and we were able to walk around the area at night though I’d advise of course always pairing up as you would with any city. The hotel is located close to both bus stops and subway stations and very close to Insadong st, Ikseondong (great for souvenirs and cafes), as well as the bigger attractions like Gyeongbokgung palace and others. Would highly highly recommend anyone to stay here - whether you’re younger friends/family, family with kids, or older adults. The hotel is quiet with no noisy distractions in the area.

Great hotel in good location near Insadong, train stations and palaces. Tucked away off the main street but spacious, clean and comfortable room with large bathroom. Very reasonably priced and tasty (7,000 won) cooked set breakfast. Added bonus of access to free washing machine and dryer. Very handy if travelling with a family. Desk manned 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul.

It was a pleasant stay! The staff were friendly. YouTube and Netflix were available on the tv, u just need to login into ur account. So the kids were so happy with it. The location is just next to Insadong, so convenient!

This hotel is little aged.. bathtub was clogged... we called front desk then sent someone to fix it still not working... on the bedframe had dust.. i needed to clean up myself for my kids.. also bathroom has mold on tile.. not good...
