The service from the staff was excellent. I have stayed here a few times now when I’m in Seoul. It is very conveniently located in Gangnam area and easy access to 2 subway station and the City Airport Bus terminal inside the Coex mall. Hotel is also family friendly with offerings for the little ones in the hotel. My only disappointment in the hotel could use a renovation. It feels a little outdated

The staff and services are excellent. The room is clean but somewhat old (especially the bathroom) considering that this building is pretty old. However, it's still a top-notch hotel facility. The breakfast option at the hotel is very good. I highly recommend that people include the breakfast option during their stay. There are numerous food options for all ages including kids and also for vegetarians. The location is also very convenient as the hotel is connected to the Starfield COEX mall which has all kinds of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, an aquarium and a department store. It is close to most of the well-known shopping and gourmet areas in the Gangnam district.

Excellent location, very clean and quiet hotel, nice and helpful staff, I stay in this hotel everytime when I go to Korea. 2 adults and 1 kid travel together, extra bed is also very comfortable. Room is very big
