Dinner buffet / Hello Kitty room / Jungmun Beach / Outdoor swimming pool / Kids playground, etc., very perfectly fit on family vacations

All were excellent, kindness, hospitality, cleanness, hot places, 5 star restaurants... Highly recommend for family vacation 👌

Great ondol room for a family of 5. Kids loved staying with traditional floor bedding and the pool was great. There are many restaurants walkable from the hotel and the breakfast buffet in hotel was great.

The property was very big and the grounds was well kept. The pool was beautiful and we loved the spas that gad different temperatures. The food by the pool was expensive but it was big servings. There is a 7 eleven outside the resort that is walking distance and also a cafe and restaurant which were reasonable pricing. I can’t believe a cup of coffee was 16,000 Korean won. That is crazy. The hotel did provide free parking on the property. We booked the Hello Kitty room for my 3 year old daughter and she loved it. The entire floor was decked out in hello kitty. Loved how the bathroom had a child’s sink and had hello kitty towels. She liked the galaxy lights that was on the ceiling too. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Around the hotel were a lot to do. Highly recommended.

Had a great time at this resort with our kids. Easy beach access, great pool, and very friendly staff.

The pool was heated and I felt really felt relaxed. It was perfect for families on vacation. The staff was very kind and the grounds were spectacular.

Great place to stay especially if you have small kids. Their dinner buffet was great, just as good or better than the top Las Vegas buffets. The hotel has its own bowling alley. They have singers at night at the pool. There is a chicken and beer place nearby (not part of the hotel) that is terrible. Don’t go to the chicken and beer restaurant.

Upgraded rooms were noisy, for the swimming pool area has music on all day include the night performance. It would be good for family with children, but not for me. I needed a rest and nap at the hotel for few days. So they gave me a room tour and that made me more tired, for the hotel was huge. I told them that i need a quite room up front yet i had to go around 3 rooms. Well, the interior was pretty much antic.

Lotte hitel was beautiful, close to the beach. My family felt safe. We would live to come back.
