Hidden Cliff Hotel & Nature

We had a really wonderful time here, we were upgraded to the family suite which made our experience even more incredible. It’s such a beautiful hotel, it’s located in a garden and a park that is historical. The hotel architecture is modern and astounding to be in. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again! 😊

1) 호텔 내부가 전체적으로 덥고 습해서 항상 불쾌지수가 높습니다 (Very humid and hot throughout the entire hotel) 2) 아이들이 침대에서 엄마랑 자고 바닥에서 2박을 잤는데 카페트 진드기(?)에 물린 현상들이 나타났습니다 (It seemed like I was biten by bedbugs) 3) 밤에 늦은 시간까지 풀파티에서 나오는 노래소리로 가족이나 일찍 잠을 청하시는 분들께는 비추 합니다 (Loud pool party music till late at night - not recommending to a family or people who need to sleep early) 4) 전체적으로 서비스 직원들이 대학생인듯 전문적이지 않고 부자연스러운/(그들도 더워서) 불쾌한 서비스를 받았습니다 (The customer service is overall unpleasant and unprofessional) 5) 키즈카페라고 있는 공간에 갔다가 애들도 땀범벅, 옆에서 봐주던 엄빠도 땀범벅 되고 나왔습니다 (The kids play area is hot and humid - unpleasant) 5성이라 해서 갔는데 그냥 에어컨도 안되는 멋진 풀장이 있는 2성급 정도 되는 모텔인거 같습니다 (Overall, it's a 2-star motel with a nice looking pool - Not recommending)

The lobby is a bit small and the hotel was full of couples. It wasn't a kids friendly or family oriented hotel. Overall, the place was alright, but I would doubt if this venue would be my first choice next time.
