Familia Hotel Jeju

We stayed at Familia Hotel. It was really pleasant stay there as the hotel staff were very friendly, felt like family presense. They took care of us both, they did the extra mile to please us. The cleanliness was exceptional and wish there were many hotels like this one! Loved staying there. Highly recommended A+++

A family atmosphere like the name of the hotel. Ingenious service from authentically friendly staff. Total fresh and rich breakfast. Rooms are tasteful and very clean. Toilet and bath is on the most modern level. You still has a magnificent sea view. The well-groomed palm-covered green around the hotel is an outward sign of the inner state of the hotel - holiday feeling pur. You are in a few steps at the nice little harbor and on a beautiful promenade along the picturesque rocky lava coast through which you reached the beach after a 30 min walk. For all necessary information and arrangements of excursions is at the reception lovingly and competently helped and even made impossible things possible. If JeJu then again, only "Familia" Thank you and "kamsamida" for a wonderful week. Ein so familiäre Atmosphäre wie der Name des Hotels. Genialer Service von authentisch freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und sehr sauber. WC und Bad ist auf dem modernsten Stand. Man fühlt sich einfach rund um wohl und hat dabei noch einen herrlichen Meerblick. Die gepflegte palmendurchsetzte Grünanlage ist ein äußeres Zeichen für den inneren Zustand des Hotels- urlaubsfeeling. In wenigen Schritten am Hafen und an einem wunderschönen Promenadenweg entlang der malerischen Felsenküste aus Lavagestein. Für alle nötigen Infos und Arrangements von Ausflügen wird an der Rezeption liebevoll und kompetent geholfen und sogar unmögliches möglich gemacht. Wenn JeJu dann wieder "Familia"
