Dam & Roo

It's like a small apartment. We stayed in the family room. King bed sofa was wide and comfortable & we wanted to buy one for our house. There was a jacuzzi but we couldn't use the jets since the check in staff said it was forbidden due to corvid rules. You could still have a normal bath though. There was also a Finnish sauna next to the shower and it was excellent. Furnishings were slightly worn out but comfortable and clean. It would be great for summer since there are outdoor pools.

We hired a car so everything was really easy to reach the hotel is not really near anything unless you have a car but it's a fab place the bathroom was great everything was clean there was a kitchen for cooking and the pool was fun although cold as we hit the start of monsoon season. We travelled with a toddler there wasn't really anything there for him to do overall the room in the hotel was great value for money and I'd defiantly go back

If you want to ruin your staying and wasting money, take this resort! the best place ever! I did check-in with baby as my husband was on the way. None of concierges or staffs helped me to carry just a backpack even the resort doesn't equipped lift/elevator. Although I hold a baby (8 kg) in a baby carrier on front and a backpack (9 kg) on my back, I should do all myself from ground floor to 3rd. Not only the mindless service but also filthy room as bath with hairs, 3cm cockroach in a bathroom dirt on towels and broken bidet made me and my husband disgusted at the resort. Even we call the manager, he promised us to provide new towels and fix the bidet AND cockroach but no responses after that.
