We are a family of 6 with 6 big luggage & 3 small hand carry luggage. No bell boys to unload luggage from car & to bring up to lobby. We had to struggle while my hubby went to park the car. When I asked for the luggage trolley so I can organize the big luggage & stack the small ones on top, I was told there was no luggage trolley. This is bad as helping with luggage is like a basic service a hotel ought to have. It was only when we struggled to get ALL luggage to Level 6 (check-in), then I saw 1 luggage trolley. So this is rather disappointing for me.

Very clean and modern! Happy with our 2 night stay with a young child. The coin laundry was clean and tidy, and very convenient during our long trip. Would recommend!

On top of Lotte DFS shopping mall, next to a hospital. With numerous restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies within 200m radius. It's only 2.5km away from the Jeju airport but still very quiet. The only disturbance might be emergency medical helicopter service in the hospital next door(very rare occurrence). Stayed 4d3n with my family and 3y.o son. Overall pleasant experience
