Amazing service from the friendly female receptionist. Very helpful and knowing my daughter sick, she bring us to the family clinic next to the hotel. She is very professional and helpful.

The hotel front desk staff, Jay and Helen, deserved my special mention for their outstanding care and attention to all guests. They were accommodating and patient in guiding me about good food and tour attractions nearby the hotel. They took pain to explain our choice of destinations to taxi drivers and pay attention to other detailed arrangements. We booked a room for a family of three and were greeted with three super size and comfortable beds in a good size room. Very impressed with the Italian restaurant on the rooftop, serving creative Italian food with local flavour. We couldn't have asked for more for our first-time trip to Jeju city and will recommend Hotel Leo to others.

Very convenience. The bed is very comfortable. Bed room choice can have 3 beds is good for family with big kids. Overall is good.
