Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel

Easy and quick check-in process. Welcoming front desk staff who supported our needs during the stay. Particularly Zafran, who checked in often and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, we thank Reza for his hard work. Tandu (Tandoo?) from housekeeping did an excellent cleaning job. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We will be staying again inshallah.

This hotel was our favourite due to its location and the staff. My kids enjoyed the nearby shopping and restaurants. The hotel was across the street from the Prophet’s Mosque — this was a total bonus!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Elaf Al Taqwa. It was great from the start. When I checked in, there are dates to welcome guests and I took one. Shehed was very friendly and said please take at least three. That was really a good memory and nice gesture. The cleaning staff was also very hospitable as well, especially Yasin, Fakhrul Islam, and Hosain. Their manager was also very nice. We really appreciated the kindness and generosity shown to us at the hotel. We will stay at Elaf Al Taqwa when we visit Madinah again.

I booked both hotels for Medina and Mecca hotels with Expedia and paid for both bookings when we made the reservations however after we arrived the receptionist asked us to pay again because he said payment didn't come through. At 12:00pm which was 1:00am in America, I tried to reach my family through Facebook messenger because I didn't know how to make long distance phone call with Saudi Arabia SIM card While trying to reach both Expedia online and my family, the receptionist came to check on us every 2-4 minutes for the updates. Finally after an hour trying to reach for help, my brother picked up the phone and I asked him to call Expedia with my information so Expedia could call the hotel about booking payment. Suddenly the receptionist came back and said so sorry I made a mistake. I checked you in the wrong room because you booked for three beds but I gave you the room with two beds. I didn't understand why he got my information wrong. I gave him my itinerary number and payment details that Expedia sent to me. Then he said I haven't paid. O paid over $600 so there is no way that I would pay again. However I felt so relieved that the receptionist fixed his mistake. My last day to check out from Elas Al Taqwa hotel, I forgot my black jacket in the closet then I called back to the hotel while I was on the train to Mecca which was just three hours after checkout, but no one could help me so I couldn't get my jacket back. No future booking Elas Al Taqwa hotel for me

Best hotel I stayed. Very good communication. They are very much helpful and stuff is very nice. Reception FAWAZ helped me find me a room for extra night. He tried above and beyond to get me a room. It was very much helpful for my family. Also stuffs are pretty good at communication. It is very clean as well. I will definitely stay here again and again.

The service from the front of the house to the individuals responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of our room was excellent. Our room was spacious and ideal for what we were looking for. Finally, the walking path to Masjid Al Quba begins right outside of the hotel which was a fantastic bonus for me and my family.

Really nice hotel at a great location. Staff , service and food are all excellent. At check-in they gave me a really wonderful upgrade to a family suite. View was awesome of Masjid El Naboui. The haram was just across the street! Thanks to all hotel reception, service and restaurant staff. You are amazing!

I planned for Umrah alone without my family. So did not want to spend too much money, and selected this hotel. Considering the general quality of hotels in Madina, and especially this one at a much cheaper price, I did not have many expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Clean hotel, nice breakfast (perhaps not as nice as Movenpick but nice), and very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay, and will stay again if traveling alone (this is farther from the women's entrance, otherwise would have stayed here with family also). Special shout out to Mr. Shahid, who understood my concerns about traveling from Madina to Makkah, and arranged a very nice ride. A very helpful person, Mr. Shahid is. Thank You and wish you the best.
