Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort

We were in transit from Pago Pago to Brisbane Australia, and stayed there to freshen up and due to an early morning flight. Sheraton Mulifanua did not disappoint, from our arrival with the friendly service from our Airport Taxi to the easy check in, then porter service. We had a very early morning flight back to Australia and we were not going to be able to attend the complimentary buffet breakfast so they organised fruit, bacon & eggs, ham & cheese sandwiches & banana muffins for us on checkout. We also dined in for dinner and the food we ordered looked great and tasted even better. Malo lava Samoa Tourism, this is what you call Samoan Hospitality at its finest. Can not wait to come back and will definitely bring the family in tow next time!!!

My partner and 20 month old stayed here for a week and had the most wonderful time. The staff were super friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a wonderful time. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was looked after with everything he needed. Despite some things still not being open again since covid (which is completely understandable) we loved the private beach, the pool, the activities (including babysitting and amazing massages) and are looking forward to coming back in a year or two - I’m sure it will be even better after being back up and running for a bit longer post covid. It was definitely our favourite stay in Samoa. Special mention to Khan, Mataliu and Victoria for making our time so wonderful (though so many others!). Thank you 💗

Sheraton is the best place for family vacation in Samoa. Quite and clean environment.

The parts of the Sheraton that are currently being used are well kept, tidy and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is great because of its proximity to the wharf and airport. Very child friendly.

Beautiful place for family vacation.

A Danish family of four travelling the world. Below my honest thoughts on our stay which was 6 nights all together. Pool and beach area as expected. Rooms a little dated and below our expectations. Friendliness of staff is good. Resort restaurants very expensive for what I would rate as standard food. Burger for example is 46 tala. Breakfast is a buffet with huge selection, but with few tempting dishes. This hotel facilities equals a 3 star European hotel, but expensive. Laundry service is available, but the charge 6-8 tala one pair of undewear or socks. Basically around 250 tala for one washload (700 DKK). Kidsclub mainly consist of items left behind from previous guests and broken toys. The Gym is okay. A very standard hotel, which you will easily forget. Oh yes, and when I requested a late check out on departure day. They hotel resonse was: No problem, that will be 100 tala plus taxes.

We arrived early and the lovely staff at reception (a young man named Napa) allowed us to check in early as our room was available. This was a great start to our stay. Breakfast was lovely. Room was great. Facilities clean, tidy and the staff wonderful and friendly. Our kids loved the big pool and we were able to use the kayaks to paddle around the little bay. Very conveniently located to the airport so we were relaxing right up until the last minute. Thank you to the wonderful staff. We look forward to our next visit.
