My family had an amazing stay, the staff were always so welcoming and kind, especially to the child that was with us! Would come back to stay here.

Absolutely amazing service. The concierge and every one working were extremely sweet and welcoming. They really made our stay in Qatar an amazing experience. Thank you so much Ritz family and we will definitely stay at Ritz Doha when we return.

We booked to stay at the Ritz for NYE as we traveled from South Africa and had friends from Dubai also stay at the hotel. For NYE we booked a table at the hotel for a masquerade balll and upon arrival to our surprise they had given our table to someone else. As such we were left stranded and no where else to go. Eventually after 11pm they set-up a table at the back of the room just for us the see the new year and then we returned to our room. The management just brushed iit offf as one of those mistakes as making money was more important than the interests of their guests. As a family we travel to different countries every year to experience NYE and without a doubt this was the worst. Will not be visiting Qatar or the Ritz again

I am lost for words for this review on this property. This was not just a hotel but a family. The hospitality was second to none. I have never experienced such great service by the entire team. There are so many names I would like to thank however I don’t remember them all. Ali the doorman, Raju and Ravinder the cleaners, Ryan the waiter at breakfast along with another Asian male whom I forgot the name of. However, the entire team took care of my wife and I on our honeymoon. I can go on for days on how excellent this property is however I have sent a detailed email to the hotel directly regarding the stay
