Absolutely fantastic hotel where the staff couldnt do enough for you. The facilities are excellent along with the dining options available. Beautifully decorated and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed with our 2 year old son and the childrens facility is wonderful. Kaoutar the lady who looks after thr play room and children was brilliant never felt so at ease with my son Wonderful will definetly be back

Absolutely amazing holiday! The best we’ve had . The staff are extremely friendly, they treated us like family. The resort is beautiful and so luxurious. We were made to feel so welcome ! Thank you for an exceptional service, we enjoyed it so much and would definitely go back again .

We were happy to receive an upgrade to a suite which gave us more room but it was much less modern than previous club room experiences. This room although spacious is tired and in need of a refurbishment. Guests could be heard through the interconnecting door and we were woken in the early hours of the morning by children running around and slamming doors (though this is not the fault of the hotel at all). The club lounge is excellent with a good selection of offerings across the day and into the evening.

Excellent hotel for family holiday. Good facilities with great gym and tennis courts. Service extremely good. Not too busy for Feb half term and much more relaxed than Dubai

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Mr Gokarn made my day, very helpful, very professional, it made the whole with my family trip very very comforting.. i will visit again soon.
