Combate Beach Resort

I absolutely loved it.. the room was big and clean, it was comfortable for my husband and I plus the 2 kids. The staff is unbelievably nice and if u ask for something, more towels, directions, anything. ..they are attentive! The pool was steps away and was great...the kids had a blast. Parking right in front of room was one of the perks! Will def return!

The hotel had a pool, but it took me only one minute from my room to the beautiful ocean beach. White fine sand continuing into the warm water. Very small waves good for swimming and children play. The complimentary breakfast had no proteins, just breads wit butter /cream cheese and jam, cereals and milk, coffee and orange juice. However, you can buy a more protein breakfast like eggs from the hotel. If you drive from San Juan to here, I recommend printing your directions old fashion, besides you GPS, because my phone GPS tricked me so many times, that a 2.5 hour drive took me 3.5 hours at night with clear streets. Google Maps works like I said, but not the mapquest. Thinking about going back

I have to say the staff was excellent, I arrived way before check in, and was accommodated very quickly. Great surprise. Everything is a 1-5 minute walk from your room. According to which side of hotel you are in. During my stay, it was all families and couples. So that was a bummer lol. Annie's place is where everything goes down . Food , drinks, watch the sunset. There are no phones in the room. You must leave your license or ID, at the front desk in order to use the iron. Do not rent the bikes I am definitely staying here again, after a day I settled in and honestly, I found myself being more laid back and relaxed. It was worth it.
