The staff was excellent from the time I walked in the door. My family was in Porto for a wedding, the concierge or waitstaff found excellent restaurants that could accommodate 10-14 every time we needed a place. The location was great, somehow near all the major sights of Porto. The welcome tray was a nice touch.
