The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. The staff greeted us when we arrived and offered a small drink as a welcome. Thought it was a great touch. We had a family room which was spacious for 3 people and the beds were comfortable and clean. The room had a balcony with a table and couple of chairs. The only thing I would recommend is to have that space clean since we had to do it ourselves. Overall, great hotel to stay and rest before coming back home.

It’s a lovely hotel. Our room was very comfortable - we chose a family room for the extra space. Lovely bedlinen, good quality towels, the coffee machine a nice touch. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and it was nice. Wished we had more time to use the pool and spa facilities and to try the port tasting - it looked lovely.

My only regret is not staying longer! This hotel was clean, well located and perfect for our family. They added nice touches because we have a young child. I would love to come back when visiting Porto again.
