easyHotel provided excellent customer service and a relatively comfortable stay (the room we stayed in was near the main road so it was nosy at some points during the nights and morning). The location is excellently located near the Marques de Pombal metro station and park, with a walking distance of 5 -7 mins. Our hotel room did not have enough hanging units to contain our clothes (we are a family of three and had a decent amount of clothes), as we stayed for two weeks. However, they did have some small clothing units which we used, gratefully. The family room we stayed in was a decent size and the bathroom was clean (there was a little bit of mold around the edges of the shower base, so this needs to be cleaned and a new sealant applied). Please purchase some toilet fresheners to remove the strong smell from the drains. I ordered a lot of fresh and tasty meals (and desserts) from Ubereats, the reception team continued to contact us when the orders arrived and sometimes they left the food on their table for us to collect. *Please visit Becot Creperia (they serve excellent pancakes), this is around 10 - 15 mins walk from the hotel. You can find the address on Google and Uber eats ,you will need to put the address on Google maps and and enjoy the walk. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend others to book with easyHotel.
