this time, having ordered the same room as the previous three times, it turned out to be completely different, without bathrobes, without hotel mini bathroom accessories, without water in the refrigerator, and also, the beds were smaller, the furniture, carpets and repairs were worse, although I indicated the same options when ordering. also in past visits, my child was given a toy at the reception, it was a very pleasant moment, I always wanted to come back here knowing what to count on. also the girl at the reception when we settled was not very friendly. Although you are great and most of the staff are great.
