Movenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

Lovely hotel - family friendly and such friendly staff. Some elements of rooms could use a touch up and they need far better vegetarian and vegan options as they were almost none. No Movenpick ice cream was a big disappointment for the kids.

Rooms are spacious and clean, however the fridge is empty, they leave a one liter of a bottle water for you which won't fit to the fridge so u can't have cold water unless u ask ice from the roomservice. Only brandless ground coffee is available in the room. For amenities like slippers, bath rope you have to ask. The ac unit is literally the balcony, so if you want to sit down and enjoy your balcony, u will be listening to the noise of the ac unit and bare the heat coming out of it. The hotel is somehow always noisy because of the kids or the noise of the genny. Food selection is alrite, service is fine, friendly and smiley staff members. Check-in and check out were smooth, we have been offered early breakfast because we were checking out around 5.00 a.m., but somehow, they forgot about it in the morning. I would not recommend any of the cocktails. Go for straight liquor or wine. There were a lot of kids during our stay, and they spent most of their time in the pool. Even at night, which means if you want to have dinner by the pool, they swim by u and splash, or their water ball can easily hit you or your food. There is nothing around in the walking distance, but the hotel offers regular bus service to the center. We also used their service to the airport, more logical than anything u might arrange online. If you are thinking of this place as a luxury resort, please don't. This is a regular resort. For luxury, try shangri-la next door.

Incredible experience top to bottom for my entire family! From my 3 kids under the age of 9 and the 3 adults, we were all blown away by the beauty of the property, the private beach access, the amenities (gym, pool), the spa, the kid’s center, the activities, the photo ops, and wow, the FOOD! Most importantly, the professionalism and kindness of every single worker on the campus was exceptional. We definitely plan to return. Thank you Movenpick!

This is what you call a 5-star property!!! We stayed here for 7 nights (2 adults & 1.5 y baby) and couldn’t enjoy it more. Everything from the very friendly and helpful staff, great food, nice kids club to amazing pools and beach was great! Everyone was smiling and greeting you - such a small thing can definitely make your day even nicer. We always found a place in shadow to stay and swim with the baby (we were mornings on the beach and then near pools). Also, we celebrated our wedding anniversary on the check-out day - receptionist and then staff at the restaurant were helpful to organize small lovely surprise cake for my husband! Thank you so much for making our stay at Moevenpick on Boracay island so memorable and wonderful!!! So far the best holiday time we had as a family with small baby!

Beautiful property for families and couples, friendly staff that will make your stay enjoyable

I like that it was a semi private resort, the staff were all friendly and very accommodating, but the reception staff should add more of cheerfulness when folks are checking in and checking out. Buffet breakfast - a wide array of selections that me and my husband loved so much! Chocolate hour - very very great idea, my kid loved it so! The only thing I would ask also to complete the overall stay worth it is the transportation going to D Mall and back to the hotel, they should add more schedule vs what they have now: 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm. Maybe add 2 more in the morning and 1 more in the afternoon. But it was a great resort overall.

Amazing. Very nice and clean hotel. We like and enjoy all tha amenities. Service was very good and all the staffs are very friendly and pleasants. We will recommend it to our friends and families.
