Royal Park Resort Boracay

We planned a family trip and decided to stay at Royal Park as it was referred to me by my sister. We arrived at 11AM and check in wasn't until 2PM but the front desk told us as soon as a room is available she will get us in it ASAP. we were welcomed with drinks and a very happy, cheerful employees. Party bars and a lot of food places around the area. we have booked to do some excursion for our stay there and was given a fair price. we were waiting for friends to come and once they have arrived they found a better deal and we decided to go with them and asked to get a refund as they were charged cheaper price for the excursion and wanted to be together. The waiter that got us the price the first time have given us an attitude and wouldn't want to associate with us ever since we asked for a refund. breakfast wasn't as comfortable because we were given such a bad vibe that when we ask for drinks we were only given 1 drink per table. he was not very accommodating and I think was not very professional. but other than that, everything was okay but 5 days in that place was a little too much. one of their employees was very helpful from when we left. had a great time but just that one experience we encountered with was just a huge no.
