Henann Crystal Sands Resort

I just love this place!! The hotel is located just in the middle of the hottest place of Boracay - white beach - and everything like convenience store, street market, restaurants, massage, etc. is within walking distance. The facility is very well maintained, the swimming pools are big, clean and warm enough for kids. The infinity pool on the 2nd floor always provides beautiful ocean view and hip mood with poolside bar and enjoyable music. The beach right in front of the hotel's main restaurants is so clear with white fine sands. The breakfast buffet was also quite nice with variety of cuisine. All the staff were very kind and helpful, and I felt secured with the guards at the both entrance all the time. I felt so privileged staying this fine hotel for one week.

Such a good location, such a beautiful hotel, such a disappointing experience… 1) checking in: my reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child (clearly stated on my voucher), still they insisted that I needed to pay for my child 2) welcome cocktails, are more mocktails and good luck finding out were to redeem the vouchers 3) forced to pay for a CNY “buffet” full of fish and seafood that our son would not eat! 4) ran out of wine at the resort…for multiple days! 5) closed out the pool on the last day to force guest to another “valentine” event dinner Overall Boracay is amazing and the beaches are out of this world. This hotel is one of the very few beachfront properties on the Island however they are trying way too hard to take advantage of guests because of this. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this property!

It’s for the family not single people to many rules it actually sucked my friends couldn’t come to visit they were like the police it sucked

Sky pool with pool bar on the upper level is the unique thing among the hotels there with beautiful direct view of the beach and sunset. Another thing was our room is in direct access with the swimming pool which is nice when you love swimming and enjoying time with family after or before going to the beach. The location also is just infront of the beach, so its just few steps to enjoy the long fine sands of boracay white beach. I believe it is located in between Station 1 and 2.. The staffs are very friendly, helpful, polite, courteous and treat all guests like a VIP. Dinner seafood buffet is a must and their breakfast buffet is also great. Overall, it is a 5 star hotel and they met the expectations of what a 5 star is.

Perfect place for a family holiday : staff are very polite and helpful , Clean rooms with very good internet service. Breakfast also provides a very nice variety of dishes from west/east and also Philippines. Crystal Sands is facing the beach with pools overlooking it , we were pretty happy with Crystal team and overall experience, Boracay is very touristic but we chilled and relaxed inside and if not back to Boracay we'll pick Henann as our first pick anywhere else in Philippines for our next holiday :)

Very poor customer service. Very rude staff. All they care about is how to make more money out of a desperate & tough situation wherein last minute accomodation is needed for family to stay together in the same property due to certain room guest limitation they are trying to reinforce, quotes increasing more & more throughout the day to make it more impossible for a family to stay together in the same hotel. Supervisor is not proactive in trying to make guests feel better in this tough situation. No one reached out at all. Manager is heartless, specifically tries to get as much money as she could get out of this situation by changing room rates each time asked & even offered to escort us parents out of the room by security stating visiting hours is only until 9 pm as we are trying to get our children including minor ones more comfortable before we transfer to another hotel. We were told kids either 5 or 7 y/o are considered adult all counted in the # of guests. First time we’ve heard this. Not a family oriented hotel environment. All about business & squeezing as much money from their guests they could possibly get, that’s all. Very frustrating for visitors like us from another country just trying to have quality time with family in Boracay.

All staff, from Reservations, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Transfer Service, of Henann Crystal Sands are very very friendly, accommodating and very sensitive to the needs of their guests. Special mention to Resa and May of Reservation and Christine of Front Desk who from the start helped me with my request for change of booking. Again, thank you very much. Cleanliness is two thumbs up!!! Restaurant service is fast and all staff are very efficient. Henann Crystal Sand's location is very near the Mini Stop, McDo and Jollibee, D Mall and all restaurants. Great place to be with family and friends! Will definitely go back and recommend to all our relatives and friends. Had a great time!
