Luxent Hotel

My family and I stayed at this hotel during our last visit to the Philippines, totaling 10 days—five at the beginning and five at the end of our trip. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the food is excellent. However, what truly made us return after our tours in the Philippines was the exceptional staff. From the front desk to the bellman, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was outstanding. Their hospitality was unparalleled. I highly recommend this hotel, and when I return to the Philippines, this will be my go-to place in Quezon City.

the hotel rooms need thorough cleaning. Carpet are so dirty, there's lot of stain even on furniture. I don't see it being vacuum. The housekeeping is so late to clean up the room eventhough you put a sign outside the door. You would expect the room to be cleaned when you come back. I upgraded to a premium room to be the same floor with my family but boy there's cockroaches coming out of the bathroom and closet. The shower floor water is not draining properly. ask Housekeeping to take a look but still same issue. The last night was the worst I have to change room as cockroaches keep coming out even though the houskeeping did the bug spray. The hotel managemnt should hire more houskeeping staff to keep up with the demands of the guests. The only good side is most staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel and beautiful rooftop pool area. Great for the family. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Great dining options and food.

WE had not been to the Philippines in about 7 years. We were there for a reunion. We asked a friend who lives in Quezon City to scope a good hotel out for us in the area. She suggested Luxent. We were nervous because it is not a big named hotel but we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean. We felt safe. The lobby was elegant and the breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was excellent! I woke up early every morning to work out and then enjoy the wonderful breakfast offered, which was a combination of traditional filipino breakfast foods and traditional American foods. Loved it! The work out area was small but had all I needed to keep up with all the extra rice I ate during my stay. The business center was small but I was able to get in there and stay connected to friends and family back home on a daily basis. We even extended our stay just because it was convenient and so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and family friendly. There was a spa which I did not get to use but I will sure do it next time.
