We stayed in multiple hotels in Manila during our vacation and Park Inn was my favorite because it had the best access to the mall. Unfortunately the gym was under construction during our stay which is the only reason I knocked off a star. Plus points for a reasonably sized kiddie pool. Amenities were good, staff were very friendly and attentive. Would love to stay here again!

It’s our second time as a family to have a staycation at this hotel. First is the one at SM CLARK, what we like is the connecting rooms were we can check on our kids and at the same time the privacy on us. The hotel is clean and accessible to all. The staff are friendly and approachable. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. We will surely come back again.

Family of 4 traveling with 2 kids under 11yo. Hotel bed accommodation is my one gripe about this place, they have 1 king bed or 2 single beds available only. This is expected to accommodate 4 people. Imagine 2 people sleeping on a twin size bed, because that's what we had to do. Other than that, everything else was good. Location is excellent, as it is built into the SM Mall of EDSA. Never have to worry about safety wondering the neighborhood for food, everything from food, shopping, and entertainment, is right downstairs in the mega mall.

The chair smelled bad and felt dingy. The floor could have been better with a carpet so it would not be too cold on the feet. The location was great since the hotel was connected to a mall. Easy access to numerous dining spots. The lobby was bright and cheerful though a bit small. Nothing special about the breakfast fare. The kids appreciated the free gum balls. A good family hotel.
