Hilton Manila

The pool in the evening was an experience. I was not expecting a dance club atmosphere for a pool that accommodates children. This was in a good way in my opinion. There were even kids games set up on the deck. It might be a bit much noise for some though.

The location,service and amenities were of high quality. We only stayed for one night but the room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and the room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was beyond our expectations. So many choices and the staff were very attentive and very professional. The pool was beautiful. It wasn’t busy at all and the staff were very kind. The pool was very large and very clean and looks like it had been kept up nicely. Overall I don’t have anything negative to say. The reception staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Dom was so helpful. He allowed us to have 2 extra hours as our flight wasn’t until 6pm. Thank you to all the staff. Our stay was short but perfect.

My parents, daughter and niece had an amazing stay at Hilton Manila. Their international flight arrived early but they were given a temporary room to relax until the room that I booked for them became available. I think that was very nice. The kids loved it that they want me to book this hotel already for next year's summer vacation.

Near NAIA Terminal 3. The room was clean and spacious. It was a party of four so space was a concern but it was not an issue because the family room had plenty of space. It is within walking distance of Newport World Resort and plenty of places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our family upgraded to the Executive Lounge Package through Hotels.com. The details were not clear - i.e., we thought the package was for our entire family but it was only for my wife and I and our four year old. But, we had a 7 and 9 year old with us. Originally, the hotel team member said we had to pay but told them that their details on Hotels.com were not clear, and their manager on duty was very understanding and waived the charges for our 7 and 9 year old. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff kept in touch with our through text messages and quick to respond for any inquiries. We really liked the Executive Lounge Package - it definitely elevated the experience for our family. For my business trip and family trip to the Philippines this will definitely the #1 choice.

When I booked the room it was for four people. And paid breakfast. Supposedly the breakfast was paid for the two adults but I had to pay half price for the two children. They charged me full price. For three breakfast is it came out over 7500 peso which in US was like $123. Very very upset with us. Because of this, I will not be staying there again ever

The hotel is modern and attractive. The pool is spectacular - never seen anything like it. A terrific place for kids. Service was very good.

My only comment is when I booked I specifically booked for 2 adults and 1 child and paid additional for the breakfast. To my understanding it was breakfast for 3 since I booked for 3 but I had to pay additional for my kid’s breakfast. It wasn’t specified that it was only for 2 in my booking. But overall the hotel is very clean and very nice. One other good thing is since I’m a platinum member in Expedia they upgraded my room and I was able to check out late for free. Thank you for an excellent service!
