Absolutely loved the bai hotel! Ellen in management and the whole bai family went above and beyond. Best hotel experience you can tell they value and appreciate the people visiting. Even when my son had a small injury in the pool they did everything they can to accommodate us! Thank you again for making our trip amazing highly recommend and we will see you again!! This is a tourist hotel for families. Not for business visitors. The breakfast buffet is like something out of the movie Beyond the ThunderDome. Rooms are ok. Like the coffee shop outdoors.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bai Hotel. This is my favorite place to stay because of the amazing employees:). Check-in is always a very smooth process. I love going to the gym and I appreciate the wonderful customer service by Noel and Glenn. Everyone at the pool bar treats me so kindly and welcomes me like I’m family. Jessica gives the best massages that make me feel so relaxed and peaceful:) Bau is my home away from home:). Thank you my dear friends:). I look forward to returning very soon:). Philippines hospitality is amazing:)

Excellent staff service and the food qualify is excellent. The pool was awesome on the 21st floor but the property is super busy with families so if you want a lap swim early morning is best when it opens. Cafe was super awesome being from Seattle. The gym is also very nice with lots of treadmill. Note that the business center is closed on weekends and other than that the place is madhouse of guests so if you are looking more of a quiet place to stay I recommend the Radisson Blu.

My family favorite hotel. Near to all in terms of going to malls and airport. You can walk to the mall from hotel. Few m rides to airport. Clean and good space bedroom. Food are amazing!! Stuff and super friendly. It’s my mom favorite hotel since 2020. Thank you!!

Awesome staff and great ambience. Pool top bar with smoking area is the bomb. Buffet is good. Bar food is not good. Adult pool should be for adults only, not children. No enforcement. There’s a kids pool for a reason.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. This is the way I continue to book my family there for a weekend getaway.
