Radisson Hotel Decapolis Miraflores

This hotel is my favorite overall pick for safe, comfortable, great breakfast, family friendly with awesome heated rooftop pool. But best part for this hotel is the wonderful staff who were so helpful and considerate.

I would question the 4 star tag, but still a very nice hotel in the best area for tourists to stay. They closed the pool one day at a minutes' notice by pushing a typed letter under every door, & the rooms are described as sound proof which some of them may be, but also "maybe" Expedia & similar travel companies customers don't get these "sound proof" rooms because we do not pay their extortionate rates direct to Radisson!?! My room doubled as a family room & had an interconnecting door with the next room ( which was locked) & l could hear every word the 3 different couples who stayed there in my 8 day stay were saying due to the door not being soundproofed or sealed & l could see their room light underneath the dividing door! One night l had to call the concierge to ask them to be quiet because when l asked them they just ignored me at 1am when l was trying to get some sleep before my 5.30am wake up call before going to the airport! To me it seems that travel company customers do not get priority treatment that affords a 4 star hotel.

Very nice location in Miraflores. The staff were exceedingly helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again, or suggest it to friends, family, or colleagues.

I truly enjoyed staying at your hotel. Everyone was so nice to my family. Thank you. This property is close to a shopping mall, a park and an ATM. I recommend this hotel for everyone, especially families.

Absolutely fabulous Hotel! we went with our 10 months old son and we enjoyed every second. The staff are superb!! the kitchen staff didn't have any issues to wash our baby bottles and the desk staff gave us a very late check out without issues. The first time we were there was without baby and we enjoyed it but this time is definitely our hotel every time we have to stay in Lima. Location is great! btw is 10 mins walk to one of the most unique shopping mall we visited, with sea view Larcomar. Also the beds and cleanings are top 10 and we were so impress with the food was so good. we even get to enjoyed a nice athmosphere and music on the top roof on Friday night. the only thing we didn't like is that we were bathing our baby the day we arrived and no one told us a water maintenance was planned that day. so we have no water in the middle of a urgent bath. but they apologised and help us straight away! overall an amazing 3 days in Radisson Hotel decapolis miraflores.
