Sonesta Hotel Cusco

It’s wonderful experience with Sonesta hotel, they provide superb breakfast which even start from 3:30am, great benefit to early tour like Vinicunca mountain, and the kindest service and suggestion. The facilities are great and maintain well, everything is super clean! Very good for family trip!

I loved Sonesta. My family and I had 2 rooms, we stayed 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel is very clean and welcoming environment, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, and its central location makes it convenient for exploring various tourist destinations on foot. The check out is at 10:00am, I asked if they could let me stay until 12:00pm in one of the rooms and they were okay. Next time I come to Cusco, I’ll be staying at the same hotel.

This hotel was the best we stayed at during our trip to Cusco. Rooms are very big and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Would 100% stay here again! Definitely recommend for families.

I stayed SOLO for 7 days at the Sonesta in Cusco while visiting many sites. The SONESTA was WONDERFUL! The staff was so attentive & kind to me. Every request I made, was no problem and they were eager to help. They even made me tea when I didn’t feel well, and took such good care of me. The location is PERFECT! It was so easy to walk everywhere and to be picked up for my tours. I am planning to bring my family next year and will ONLY STAY HERE! Thank you to all the Wonderful Sonesta Staff! It was Special.

I have so many complaints It might sound made up, but sadly its all true. After seeing pictures of the hotel vs price and location I thought this was a great deal. Upon checking in I went to my room. It was a hot day out and couldn't wait to get to my room. The room they gave me had NO air conditioning. I went back downstairs and they apologized and gave me a room with air condition with NO windows. It was a step up at least. It was around 10pm so i ordered room service. I looked at the menu which had pictures and the food looked decent so i ordered. I ordered Lasagna as. they were out of pizza. The lasagna in the menu was full of color and vegetables. When the lasagna came it was a SOUP with lasagna noodles. Utterly disgusting. Non edible. So much so i took photos in disbelief and showed it to the chef next day. his face was expressionless. His collegues were embarrassed who also came to see. If that wasnt all. The room i had was a connecting room with paper thin walls. All night i heard to kids talking around 2am. The kids werent even yelling thats how thin the wall was between the rooms. Lastly if and i cant even make this up, I woke up itchy with bites all over my body, assuming the bed had bed bugs as I had no bites the day prior and when i woke up i had red bites all over me.
